CIM's purpose, powers and governance are established by our Royal Charter, bye-laws and regulation. Together they are known as The Constitution. Like all chartered bodies, CIM is regulated by the Privy Council, a group of advisors to the King.
The CIM Code of Professional Conduct outlines the expected ethical behavior and professional standards for members of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). It emphasizes integrity, honesty, and responsible marketing practices. The code acts as a guide for members in their professional endeavours, ensuring they uphold the reputation of the Institute and the marketing profession.
